White Pure Wood Pulp

White pure wood pulp is collected and blended with water to create a reusable fibrous pulp.

Hot Stamping

During molding process ( Forming/ Integer molding) to make the shape or pattern on the mold.
Colored pulp

Dyeing the water based inks color during blending process, the color could be customization even a Pantone custom color choice
Duallayerpulp

The two-layer structure of the box provides the necessary structural strength for protecting products. The full box is more luxury and Elegant.
Edge Treatment

Use V Slot machine or pressed the line of hot press mold, to make the foldable edge of molded pulp tray / insert.
